This is a romantic novel for young adults about a girl who turns into a seal. I found photo illustrator Jolene Monheim by literally Googling "underwater photographer". Thanks Google! This jacket has a nice evocative feel and it's arty yet still a bit commercial. The typeface feels made for this book.
